The precautions that The Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist will take for the safety and health of those wishing to attend as softly open on Sunday June 21st:

ANNOUNCEMENTS IN CHURCH BULLETIN AND PHONE TREE
In order to ensure that your organization’s announcement is printed in the church bulletin or included in the weekly Telephone Tree message they should be submitted to the church office by Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
PARISH HALL RENTAL PROCEDURES
You must complete an “Application for use of the Pinder Parish Hall” for all special events. This application can be found in the church office or above the display table in the Parish Hall. Applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the event. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please see an Usher if you need a pledge card to make you commitment. Our goal is still 100% participation. No matter how large or small your contribution is important. If you have questions about your pledge, please see Janet Pinder, treasurer.
FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS NEEDED
The Food Pantry is bare. Remember each week to drop a can or other non-perishable food item in the basket in the Narthex to help your Social Concerns Committee help feed those who are in need in our own neighborhood. ONE CAN DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
USHERS
Volunteers are needed to serve as ushers for the 10:00 AM Service. If you are interested in joining this very important ministry, please contact Mr. Roopchand Chandoo.
UNION OF BLACK EPISCOPALIANS
The Central Florida Chapter of The Union of Black Episcopalians meets monthly on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM in the Pinder Parish Hall. For more information about how you can participate, please contact Dr. John Robertson, UBE President or any UBE member.
